Who Aspires to be The Best Dance Choreographer?
This feature is all about the talented and popular linedancing personality
that aspires to be the best choreographer in the world. Who is he / she?
Well, He is none other than Jose Miguel Belloque Vane who is born in
Holland on 17 March 1987. He started linedancing in 1999, and 3 months
later, he entered his first competition and was 1st in the newcomer Youth
category. There on, he moved from novice to intermediate to soon to
advanced level. He has won many awards in many of the competitions
ranging from the best Youth from The Dutch Open to the European and
the World.
2005 was the year of his dreams - his hard work paid off that year when
he became a Megastar in the Swiss Championships - the highest accolade
in the competition! In 2002, he was invited to join the amazing Roy
Verdonk Dancers, who won all the competitions they entered, including
several world titles. They traveled around the world doing shows and TV
performances.
In 2007, he became a World Champion in Pro-am dancing in a duet with with Nisrine Verdonk. Thereafter, he turns to professional dancing as a
career, with many students dancing under his guidance. By 2009, he
started his own dance team in Spain - Estrellas EspaOolas - and like before,
they won every competitions they entered.
Two years later, he closed Estrellas EspaOolas for his other passion - to be
one of the best choreographers in the world. He is getting there soon as
evidenced by the number of awards won, including the world title. His dances
are now not only danced by linedancers all over the world, but also used in
competitions such as the UCWDC and the World. Being a dance trainer, the
work entails extensive travels to many other countries. During the week
when he is not traveling, he teaches line dance, Zumba and hiphop.
He has many dreams and at this moment, he strides to work with students,
aiming to push them as far as he can in this dancing world... Thank you,
Jose Miguel
