1-2                          Rock right to right side, recover onto left
3&4                         Cross cha cha on RLR
5-6                          Turning 1/4 R step left back, turning 1/4 R step right to right side
7&8                         Cha cha forward on LRL

FORWARD ROCK, COASTER STEP, FORWARD ROCK, COASTER 1/4 TURN LEFT
