Oasis of Line Dancing
Ready 5-6-7-8: Festive Mood... Still Dancing is the Best - Review! (24/11)
Dance review for your dancing soul...
Without further ado, our review begins... Adorable (Ria Vos) is a cool, west coast dance
with the back drag opening and the smooth rock cha sequence, the hip movement &
weave turn. Another one from Ria Vos, Try Me. A samba inspired dance with some funky
rock ball back sequence. Next, we love the struts & hinge turn section in Boiling Point,
followed by Hit The Base - a funky pop cha that rocks the line dancing world with its stylish
jazz turn opening into the hip rock hitches and the side rocks. A lovely pop cha with classic
steps makes Second Hand Heart our next choice. My Father's Son scores at the rock/
hesitation turning and the syncopated sailor steps into a slow hesitation turning end. Crazy
For You - an easy cool pop Cha and we love particularly the paddles into a stomp. And
Scott Blevins never fail in Dirty Work - a west coast funky dance with clever & unusual tags
and lovely body & snake rolls and camel walk... Dance!
