Cross right over left, recover onto left

TAG: DURING walls 3 & 5 (facing 3 0’clock), Dance up to the end of section 4 add the following 4 beats: 

1–4

Step right to right and hold 3 beats with arms out to the sides, transfer weight to left on beat 4 

   

You could count out the beats of the tag out loud for a bit of fun!
